About Us

Dr. Baoping Qian and Dr. Joanne Li-Pelaez are happy to team together with their nurse Stacy Rodriguez to open Panda Pediatrics.  The team first met when working for a large multi-discipline practice in Austin.  We grew together and became a cohesive team in their previous clinic, now we decide to open a smaller private practice, Panda Pediatrics.

The mission of Panda Pediatrics is to promote wellness and preventive care by focusing on healthy growth and development, and to deliver high quality health care in a pleasant environment.  In order to achieve this goal, we know it is essential to get to know not only each child but also each family.  We also want to help every patient understand disease processes, developmental norms, and healthy lifestyle choices, thereby empowering them in their decisions.
